Moisture Cure provides solutions to address mould and dampness in homes and work places right across Australia. In most cases the remedy is simply a matter of decreasing humidity levels by installing a dehumidifier or appropriate ventilation systems.

Moisture Cure’s large range of dehumidifiers has been specially selected for their reliability and quality. However, if a problem arises, as does happen with electronic equipment, Moisture Cure will carry out the repairs and return your dehumidifier as quickly as possible. Outside of the warranty period, a free annual service is offered for the lifetime of the dehumidifier, with the customer only paying for freight to and from their homes and Moisture Cure’s headquarters in Port Macquarie.  Competitors do not offer a comparable service.

Maintaining a clean filter will assist in prolonging the effectiveness and the potential life span of the dehumidifier. This is a simple operation, requiring a soft brush or gentle wash and probably needs to be done only on a monthly basis. However, even in the cleanest and seemingly dust free conditions, electronic equipment still collects unwanted dust and fluff inside where it is not easily accessible. Our service work shop is set up to take the unit apart and get right into all the nooks and crannies. We will give your dehumidifier a thorough clean inside and out.
